    专志修养是人生最现实的问题。养气对身心健康有好处。南师讲了很很多方法。以后生气时先呼口气再咽口气试试看。上午多用左鼻孔呼吸,下午换右边。儒家存心养性,佛家明心见性,道家修心炼性,都是养心的功夫。只能慢慢养,急不来,切记拔苗助长。
