    3:30开始静坐16分钟,因穿的太厚,只能单盘,左脚放在右大腿上,刚开始右脚心附近有跳动三下,两股外侧有肌肉拉紧痛,最后右脚发凉微麻右腰发痛,呼吸有点闷可能是感冒的事,整个过程没有跑神,很安静,很好!
